Finally! An easy replacement for an old favorite of mine: Egg salad. Once you done this a couple of times it really only takes about 5 minutes to make and tastes so rich you’ll swear you were cheating.
That’s why these recipes are so perfect: You can enjoy what you eat and still feel and look great! In this recipe I used Vegenaise but in a future episode, I will show you how to make your very own vegan Mayonnaise.
